You choose the services you would like to purchase from the cafeteria style menu below. Most homeowners pick the "House Specialty" to start. For a one-time flat fee of $495, your home will be listed on the local Multiple Listing Service, SELLERSOLUTIONS.COM, MOVE.COM, and Realtor.com, the largest and most popular website for home searching.

If the property is sold to a buyer who is represented by a real estate agent, you agree to pay a cooperating commission to the buyer's agent (typically 3% for homes and 5% for vacant land).
If the home is sold to a buyer without an agent, you do not pay any commission.

In addition, you can purchase other "Side Order" services based on your individual needs. For instance, we offer a full staging consultation to help you prepare your home for sale. You can also purchase directional signs, additional photo packages, or additional professional services for negotiating or closing.  You are totally in control, and you never pay for services that you don't want or need.

If a flat fee listing doesn't meet your needs, we offer a limited full service listing.  Limited full service listings include all listing, negotiating and closing services excluding print advertising.
